Job Description:-

• Execute the construction work according to the BOQ, Specifications, Shop drawings, Installation manuals of equipment, and related standards. 
• List, request, and allocate all needed resources.
• Manage and supervise the subcontractors. 
• Issue a material take-off whether to use for a request of materials or to use for the invoices of subcontractors and clients. 
• Make a red mark/as-built drawings.

• Education:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering. 
• Experience:- 5+years of work experience in ( HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing)

Job Description:-

• Reviewing project specifications and requirements. 
• Studying tender packaging for (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing ... etc.
• Quantity surveying for required project items.
• Collecting and reviewing quotations.
• Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of 
the product.
• Prepare Cost Breakdown Structure including “material, equipment, 
transportation, lifting, labor and any other needed items” by doing internal 
calculation sheets for all Mechanical trades.
• Preparing the technical and financial proposals.

• Education:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering. 
• Experience:-6 years of work experience as a Tendering Engineer

• Collection & Reviewing offers. 
• Preparing a comparison sheet between offers. 
• Negotiation between suppliers. 
• Issuing purchase orders. 
• Following up on manufacturing and delivery with suppliers.
• Making sure order delivery time meets the project schedule.

Job Description: -

• Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, bill of quantity, request for information, correspondence ...etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution. 
• Revise project design calculations (load, hydraulic or static calculations ).
• Prepare shop drawings for (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) with respect to approved architectural drawings.
• Revise submittals for (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) provided from procurement department.
• Conduct material survey and revise site material order with respect to them. 
• Issuing as-built drawings taking into consideration any changes that happened on the execution process with coordination with the site engineer.

• Experience:- 5+ years of work experience in ( HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing)

Job Description:-

• Preparing Electrical shop drawings.
• Preparing voltage drop and short circuit calculations.
• Reviewing all material submittals.
• Make coordination with other disciplines.
• The ability to solve the problems of any technical issue.
• Revision for the project design.

• Experience:- 5 years of work experience .
