- Execute the construction work according to the BOQ, Specifications, Shop drawings, Installation manuals of equipment, and related standards.
- List, request, and allocate all needed resources.
- Manage and supervise the subcontractors.
- Issue a material take-off whether to use for a request of materials or to use for the invoices of subcontractors and clients.
- Make a red mark/as-built drawings.

· Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that sales processes are executed seamlessly from lead generation to closing.
· Maintain and update customer and projects databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
· Prepare and process necessary documentation for property transactions, including contracts, offers, and agreements. Generate regular reports on sales performance, leads, and market trends.
· Handle general office tasks such as managing emails, filing documents, and scheduling meetings.
· Work closely with the marketing, finance, technical and legal departments to ensure smooth processing of deals.
